FELLOW ELECTS must complete the Fellow Elect Registration/Membership form and the required checklist to join ADI.
REFUND POLICY – Cancellations prior to Oct. 8, 2024, incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations after Oct. 8 are not refundable. Balances can be applied to the ADI-USA meeting in 2025.
